• there are multiple daos that would need a non-jbm UI. main considerations are:
• branding (no stoner bannys)
• simpler contribution page UI targeted to web3 n00bs (no project owner features, additional branding elements, etc). ideally, a UI that could be adopted by other projects with minimal work on our part or theirs
• additional website features like token-gated content, and more TBD

so far this feels like a very cool opportunity for peel + the jb ecosystem. Let's try to schedule a meeting on this with everyone once we get more deets from Aidan. Also down to answer questions or chat in the meantime

Adrian is creating a venture studio that would work on OceanDAO and other impact DAOs.

Current Impact Space

• Impact DAO’s focus on content, commerce, and community
• Makeup of the majority of projects in the impact space today:
  • Group or individual
  • Group that has a community
  • Has a lot of funding no community

Community driven

• Community members have the ability to drive impact
• Impact work is positive for the environment

Ocean Community

• There are many organizations focusing on impact ocean work, not much direction or collaboration between organizations / large donors.
• A lot of talk, not a lot of action.
• Goal is for the charity and VC community to connect.

Action:
