Tim:
- The purpose of this meeting is to make sure that we’re all on the same page, aligned on the desired outcomes, and delegate responsibility accordingly (~ 2 week timeline)

- Brand Refresh is not a complete re-do but rather building on existing strong foundation
- Problem: market saturation of niche experimenters has been reached and we need to appeal to a broader demographic
- Goal: clean, legible, trustworthy, but with a creative/artistic side that represents JB culture. Easier to use, more familiar, more enjoyable.
- Brand: trustworthy, human, fun.
- Objectives: facilitate growth to new audiences, build trust, build a solid base to build upon
- Success metrics: more contributions, more projects, more positive user feedback
- Deliverables: brand identity (logo, type, colors, illustrations, tone of voice), brand guidelines, UI components, homepage mockup
- Values: trust, transparency, reliability, fun, community-driven, customization
- Audiences: crypto enthusiast, crypto casual, early adopters
- Brand vibe: fun, cheeky, bold, trustworthy, clean
- Requirements: clean/minimal, highlight creators/content, maintain personality to stand out, allow for expansive digital presence
- Competitors: Nouns Builder, Syndicate, Mirror fundraising, Gitcoin grants

- Tightening up the logo, “fresh coat of paint”
- Sage + Strath typography experiment would be worthwhile, to convey “human” side of JB vibe
- Tone of voice examples would be really useful, JBDAO currently struggling in this regard
- Banny is out there, on the edge of life. Creating a DAO is a “YOLO” gesture, often outside of legal structures
- Banny is just one character but there can/should be more characters e.g. Banny needs an adversary, etc.
- JB currently struggling to reach saturation even among crypto enthusiasts, not a mainstream tool
- “people with ETH/Metamask” should be our target audience first and foremost
- JB also struggling with NFT community, not aware of Juicebox
- One issue for WAGMI at the moment is that there is perhaps too much input from contributors, always responding to art requests which goes beyond just “illustrations” but can actually be the meme that Juicebox desperately needs to succeed
Strath:
- ETH/Metamask users are likely our main target audience
- Branding refresh shouldn’t take away from the art/culture of JB, lots of opportunities for character driven development of this refresh
