What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?
Zom_bae has been delivering very meaningful help in project management, as well as in community and everything else around. By now I'd say she's one of the most valuable people on helping get everything working as smoothly as possible.
The deeds include:

Managing tasks in notion with new members and new projects to get everything right

Following up on tasks with people to keep everyone accountable on their demands, ensuring that we have clear expectations on what's to happen and when

Pointing new contributors to the right places to get tasks done and showing them around the areas they're more connected with
What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?
- Outreach to newcomers and assisting with their onboarding into Juicebox and getting them setup to juice tasks.
- Continued support each focus group with task management by making sure tasks are being completed in timely manner and ensuring it's completed to the best of ones abil
- Working with Juicers to create long and short term plans that are achievable but will also create enough value to be worth creating a task for. Setting targets for said plan to keep people moving forward
- Help people bring the level of work and clarity of deliverables up to a high standard with a nurturing yet relentless tact. Helping set Juicy standards for the future health of the DAO.
- Continuing to improve how we as a DAO can best utilize Notion for managing tasks.
- Encourage a reasonable work/ life balance. It's important that work gets done, but if I'll also be making sure members are taking care of their mental and physical health- so everyone can provide their best work while still living their best life #WenWellness
