Context

Due to a bookkeeping error, WAGMI Studios received 2 extra ~$8,500 payouts (paid out as 10.099298714152536634 ETH) beyond what was approved by JBP-314.

During this time, WAGMI Studios continued to deliver art for the branding refresh and other DAO projects.

During this time, WAGMI Studios continued to deliver art for the DAO including the new cover design for Juicecast, Year of the Rabbit drawings for the Chinese community, a handful of new stickers including: valentines, burn it down, I'm watching you, middle finger, jail banny and left hand banny series, clown, and the juicebox ending that can attach the end of videos.

When WAGMI Studios was informed of the situation, the ETH had already been paid out to their contributors. Cosmic Bake Sale was created to raise ETH for reimbursing the DAO. This project has raised 6 ETH so far.

Specification

Approve the portion of the unapproved payouts to WAGMI Studios which hasn't been repaid through Cosmic Bake Sale. No action is required.

Risks

1. The DAO will have to trust that this was not the result of a conspiracy between WAGMI Studios and other DAO members.
2. Retroactive payouts have previously led to conflicts between DAO members.
